Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health. These exercises are simplistic and may be performed in the comfort of your own home. The purpose is to improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction and function by as much as 30-40%.

One of our top priorities is to assist every patient achieve a fulfilling lifestyle full of the activities that provide them the most joy. We encouragingly offer to "guide" our patients on certain activities they should avoid or do differently to avoid any aggravation to their health.
